Puppy Application - Good Day Mountain Doodles

Your application tells us a bit about you, your puppy history, and which puppy may be a great fit! Thanks for sharing, and we’ll get back to you right away by email or phone call for a puppy match made in heaven.

Puppy Adoption Process:

Step 1: Send your puppy application

First, send us a puppy application so we can learn more about you, your family, and what puppy or litter might be the best fit for you! We will chat by phone or email to discuss the details. You can apply for an available puppy or a future litter.

Step 2: Reserve your puppy with a deposit

After we connect, you’ll be approved to place your deposit to reserve your new baby! Deposits are non-refundable, and are $300. Accepted payment methods for deposits are Venmo, ApplePay, and PayPal.

Step 3: Bring your puppy home!

Your puppy will be ready to go home at 8 weeks old. Before pickup day, your puppy will have a full vet checkup, and will have a 1-year health guarantee along with his/her relevant papers. Your remaining final payment minus your deposit is due on pickup day in full. If sale takes place in Wisconsin, sales tax will apply (5.5%). Final payment methods are Venmo, ApplePay, PayPal, or cash.

Mountain Doodles are a medium to large-breed companion dog. Do you agree to provide regular exercise, adequate space, and indoor companionship and shelter for your Doodle?

A healthy diet is essential to the lifelong wellness of your Doodle. Do you agree to follow our recommendations for premium food appropriate your new puppy?

All Doodle breeds require regular coat care, brushing, and grooming. This is a part of normal life and a monetary investment, like veterinary care. Do you agree to care for your new puppy's coat and take him/her to the groomer as necessary for the dog's health and comfort?
